U.S. Embassy Praia issues solicitation 19CV1023Q0004 for complete gardening and landscape maintenance services as well as outdoor area cleaning services for designated Government properties.
The successful contractor shall provide managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required by this contract. The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with the contract, the schedules and instructions, and all applicable laws and regulations.
